Health and Safety is at the forefront of everything Safeway do and we believe good communication between management and worker is key to maintaining a sound record.
We are a accredited member of Network Rails RISQS scheme and committed to the CSCS and JIB verification schemes we regularly review with the work force any new Railway Group Standards, Network Rail Company Standards or General Health and Safety legislation brought out. We also take the monitoring of working hours, competencies and the working environment very seriously and keep detailed records of all our staffs training, hours and working conditions to make sure they are never in a position to put themselves or others at risk. In addition to this we provide all our staff with the relevant PPE so to make sure they are always safe on site.
